Hello!
This few days, i've been "chasing" a Hong Kong Serial on Channel U ("学警雄心")
Tonight last episode..
And i've also been playing a MMORPG called Bounty Bay Online.
And doing house work like sweeping the floor and mopping the flooor.

I just applied for my GEMS (General Elective ModuleS) this morning.and surprising, it took only less than five mins!
Its quite a smooth ride, cos usually it would be quite lagging due to the huge number of students applying at the same time
Within a few steps, i suceeded in applying for " Quality Management".
Normally, when i applied for a Gem, i would look at what we need to do for it, such as any tests, quizes, or projects.
For Quality Management, it onli has tests, quizes and assignments.

We started applying for GEMS during our second semester of our 1st year.
We need to go for at least one of each of the three clusters of GEMS, namely Business and Management, Arts and Humanities, and Science and Technology.
I went for two of the clusters, Arts and Humanities and Science and Tech le, so left Biz and Management.
and Quality Management is under Biz and Management, so naturally i'll need to go for it.
Of course there are other GEMS under Biz and Management, but they are either clashing with my time-table, or i have not much interest in them.

I believe that exam results are a little like riding a roller coaster.
At first u may rise to the top, like when ur results are improving, and u might feel quite excited and anticipating, but when the roller coaster hits a standstill for maybe a split sec(before it falls), it seems like u have no progress at all, and u may feel like u may feel that this is ur standard of exam results, but when suddenly it falls,( which means ur results falls), u may feel a sudden lurch and the word "fear" comes into ur mind, and u really want to shout out loud. Sometimes the roller coaster falls at a very fast speed, and u dun even have the time to breathe nor do anything to stop it... but then after some time, it would slow down and come to a slow stop; no more falling, just rumbling on at a horizontal platform, and then it stops.
Some would climb out and vomit, while some would say " no more roller coaster rides for me"

In linking to results terms,
The first type of people may vomit after the ide, but after some time, they would feel better and may think that they are ready to brave this type of ride again.

the second type of people may feel that they do not like the ups and downs of their results, and just want to remain a norm, horizontal flow of their results, like sort of maintaining it at some level.

Of course , there are many other types of riders..
all these are just some thoughts that come to my mind as i write, though i dunno wat i'm actually writing about...

More posts coming soon.
Bye.
