Yes, that's the end (for now) for my exams...
My aim for GPA is around... 3.3? Hope i'm not asking for too much..?
anyway, the exams are ok, i think...except for the ones which requires maths, like FMA (lost bout 40 marks on that)

MR was my last paper, lasted for two hours...seems like a long time....but overall, should be able to pass everything, and maybe get at least GPA of 3.0 (slim possibility, but its still a possibility)

so...Sat, which is today...went for a two-hour meeting in school for the upcoming monopoly challenge organised by SPSE. I'm in the tabulation unit, which means i'll be typing in scores for the individual players.

Finally uninstalled Cabal, given up hope on it..
and revived my interest on other games like..em...Age of Empires, Battlefield 2, and DOTA.

tomorrow goin to RSAF open house, then to Suntec for ....i forgot the name of the event, i think its called "Comex 08" or sumthing like that.

next week not so free, got stuff relating to the monopoly challenge on Mon and Tues.

so maybe will find a part time job after next week, dunno if anyone's hiring sumone who can only work for, like, four weeks??

Many things have happened since the start of the exams...or even before the exams.
when one finally ended, its just the start of sumthing else.
no, it will not end, but will last, though i know i'm not ready for it, yet, but i have to build a foundation fast before its too late.

Two hours of torture..

It was FMA day (Financial Management Accounting)..
cool---42 marks gone like that...or am i exaggerating?or do i have a high uncertainty avoidance?

well...
-Cash budget(12marks)
-Statement of changes in Equity( 6 marks)
- Production budget, DM budget, etcetc...
almost flunked me la!
...Its maths!!
and its from 6pm to 8pm!
the worst time ever....to have an exam.
and guess where i live?
You know it. And now you know why.
And in case you dun know, i live in a very far away land call Tampines.
so why did i choose SP in the first place???
because the name is good?
because it has a good reputation?
because it is in another far away land call Dover?
because my one of best friend also go there to study while another goes to a JC and i dun have enough points to go JC?
because............?
there are too many reasons (or am i just making up them as i type?)...
anyway, i reached home at round 10+ *pm*
but the good thing is tt i have a free rest period cos my next exam only starts on 22.8.08!
and rest assured there's no more "night exams" for these two modules.

Then comes QANL and MR..
the last two.


But they are on 22 and 29 Aug, quite far (or is it veri near?) from now.. :)
today is 19...still got three more days... one day for me to procastinate, and two days for me to feel veri stressed and freak out, and the last day also to rush thru my notes.

So thus ends my post for today...

two cAs gone, bye to UCCD and SSM.

But I still got three exams, FMA, QANl and MR.
FMA can go fly kite le, and while i may have sum hopes on QANL, it may just be RIP for MR( and that's if everything goes smoothly)

Anyway, just finished reading thru ( and i realy mean only READing thru) four chapters of FMA, which took me close to four hours..

and i haven touched on the tutorials , yet.
but the important thing is i took the first step by fighting my procastination to read the lecture notes in the first place...

anyway, FMA's on 19.8.08, still got em...bout 4 more days...

I really do not like anything associated with maths, it really sucks...
and FMA is related to maths..
One of my worst night(and day)mare!

Wish me luck, hope i survive, and pls let me pass all.

Its 09.08.08 today.
Happy National Day!
Yesterday, its 08.08.08, which some of my lecturers said is an auspicious date which means getting rich in Chinese, i tink...and its the opening day for the China Olympics.
anyway, we would not experience this date ever again, until the year 2108, but there's a slight possibility that some of us might be able to see it.:)

Finally wrote finish my notes for SSM, which i refer to my lecture notes. I dunno y, but i feel that writing notes from lecture notes is a better way to study( at least its not as boring as reading)
It about 10 pages long, and i took about two days to finish.
But i haven even read yet.and still gt UCCD.
Our next CA for SSM is on 13.08.08, and UCCD is on 12.08.08
Four more days, but actually only three days left.

Tomorrw need to read UCCD , for one whole day, just read, and hope i can read finish in one day.
Or else its GG for me...
And that's a great thing right?

Acually i just finished doing the exercises on three QANL chaptrs, namely LP-Simplex Method, Inventory Management, and Project Management.
We will be having a lab test tomorow morning about this chapters. The only good thing about this is that the teacher will be giving us formulas, so we do not need to memorise the formulas, and the bad thing is we will be tested in the form of Excel and QM for Windows.

Also coming up tomorrow is the presentation for RWPS.
later still nid to write the speech.
but lucky that's about all for tomorrow, the rest of tomorow i dun even wan to know about..

Today i went to EA.com to check out Red Alert 3. It realy revived my desire to buy Red Alert 3, which might be out in OCT 08.
New fractions, new units, new graphics, new features, upgrades for the previous units, etc etc.
BUT.BUT.BUT
i'll have to see the prices first la, haz
if its >$30 (which has a 99.99% possibility), then maybe i'll not, and can't, buy it... ):
but if i can buy it rite, then i would have red alert 2 and 3! wat a wonderful feeling...

now i'm still playing the old (and antique) red alert 2: Yuri's revenge
for the friend who lent me this, pls dun feel offended cos i'm actually praising it as the word "antique" in this case means "object of an earlier period, valued for its beauty, workmanship, ...", not the other meaning, so just give me more time, thanks!
(though i've been holding on to it for like ages..)

Wednesday got PSYC test, but its a mcq test, so not so hard.
but i just read the whole ook la(actually just 9 chapters), just in case.
